to Roots & Sol.
I love building relationships with others, and have a passion for working with parents and young children. I specialize in working with pregnant mothers, new mothers and parents with young children, and I also love working with children of all ages.
I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, and the overall stresses of life. I have a lot of experience working with children with behavior challenges and supporting their caregivers. I am a foster parent and personally understand these challenges.
I love supporting other professionals in the important field of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health by providing supervision and facilitating trainings.

I love partnering with parents to help them feel more joy and calm in their parenting journey, with postpartum parents as well as those with young children (biological, foster, and adoptive). I also work with children of all ages, provided they are okay doing virtual therapy.

05 · NeuroSomatic Flow™
New patterns of moving.
NeuroSomatic Flow™ (NSF) is a somatic modality based on creating new ways of being through new patterns of moving. Sessions use poi, a flow art. Participants learn simple poi moves they can expand on, and the fundamentals of neuroscience and flow movement, while having fun.
Offered as a one time class, a series, by itself, or combined with Sound Healing, on site within the Boulder/Denver area of Colorado. Poi is provided.
